Partners who resell LiveFree7 Marketing packages to their own clients earn a commission on the one-time setup feecollected from each client they bring into the system, according to the following structure:

Stage 1 Partners: 40% of each client's one-time setup fee.

Stage 2 Partners: 50% of each client's one-time setup fee.

Volume Bonus: Upon reaching 100 active clients within a single calendar month, a partner's commission rate automatically increases by 10 percentage points (Stage 1 partners move to 50%; Stage 2 partners move to 60%). This increase applies going forward and requires no application or approval.

SaaS Graduate Track: Consistent top-producing partners may receive an invitation, at LiveFree7 Marketing's sole discretion, to participate in advanced training on operating an independent white-label marketing software business. Any revenue generated through a partner's own independent business under this track belongs to that partner and is separate from, and not governed by, the commission structure above.

Commissions apply only to the one-time setup fee. Partners do not receive any share of the recurring monthly hosting and maintenance fee paid by clients, regardless of stage, tenure, or production level. Commission rates and structures may be modified by LiveFree7 Marketing at its discretion for new enrollments; changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned and paid on completed transactions.
